Urgently needs a reptile vet

Supplements -i use belpaphur

I have never heard of this. Could you post a link to the product?
Does she also get a plain calcium supplement dusted on her food?
How about any calcium with vitamin D3 ?

Lighting -exo terra 160w solar glo 12on 12 off

Such a strong bulb. I wonder if it is close enough to be giving her enough UVB without making the temperature far too hot.

I hope you saved the worm. A vet can determine whether it's a parasite or not.
If it was an internal parasite, then she has to get deworming medication.

Looking at the picture of your cham girl, her jaw is swollen, so she apparently has an infection in her mouth, stomatitis (aka mouthrot) which can spread to the bones and bloodstream if left untreated.

Either way, she needs vet treatment without delay to have any chance of recovering.

You can have a look here for a reptile vet or maybe you are near someone on the forum who knows of a good vet:

please get your cham to a vet right away. Lovereps gave you great advice and I agree that he has some sort of mouth rot or maybe a temporal gland infection that needs to be treated asap along with the closing of the eyes, your cham needs urgent help before it is too late.

sick cham

hi thanks for the advice i use beaphar wrong spelling its got all right vitimins in.that swelling on the side of her mouth appeared the same time the worm did,ive been told that it might of worked its way out through a gland

ive gave her a dose of panacur already

That's great that you have Panacur, since it is probably what she needs. I hope that it's the right dosage and that you know how often to administer it, since it isn't a one-time treatment.
Sometimes vets alter the dosage to prevent a massive parasite die-off at one time, for the sake of the cham.
I do not know if this would be true for your cham or for Panacur, specifically.
I do know that parasites can migrate throughout a cham and sometimes perforate internal organs, intestines, etc.
If she is bleeding internally, there may be nothing more to do

Jackson's chams are particularly sensitve to oversupplementation--of vitamins or D3 in particular.
A vitamin supplement should only be given 1x a month for a Jackson's.
Calcium without D3 is essential and should be given at every other feeding. It not only affects bone health but is important for general health also.
Calcium with D3 is a 1x a month supplement for Jackson's.

I don't see that Beaphar manufactures any reptile vitamins--- just cricket diets.

Here are more details on what Jackson's need to stay healthy:

I hope all goes well and she recovers for you.

If the mouth swelling is from the worm passing through, you can dilute Povidone iodine or chlohexidine--1 part of either to 10 parts water and apply it with a cotton bud to keep it from developing an infection/cure a very mild one.

I forgot to mention that she also appears to have gular edema.
This can be due to dietary problems or internal organ issues.
Lack of calcium, too much phosphorus as compared to calcium, excessive supplements all can be the dietary causes--so you'll need to figure out the specific reason she has it
You can read more about that--and there are pics to show what I'm referring to--here:

Again, wishing her a full and fast recovery.
