ok so today I set a vine in my shower and barely rurned my shower on worm water and placed my chameleon in it she really seemed to enjoy it until she slipped off the vine and fell but was into water she was fine. After I held her and she enjoyed the water only did it for a few mins
How often should I give her a shower in the bathtub she doesn't really like me misting her but really liked the shower

I don't really see a reason for showering a chameleon unless they are dehydrated or have stuck shed/something in their eye turrent. IMO an automatic misting system will provide plenty of hydration and drinking opportunities.

I agree with Crashbandit, I would only shower the cham when needed. It is also best to place them on a plant when in the shower. Less chance of them slipping and it gives them a chance to lap up drops of water that gather on leaves. In the future (if you havent already) aim the stream at the wall so the spray bounces off the wall and mists the plant. In my experience, most chams hate being sprayed directly.
