Shedding

how often do veiled chams shed and is there anything i should do to ease the process and is there behavioral issues i should be aware of .. Thanks

You could try with misting some extra and about behavior you will likely notice a bit grumpier chameleon than normal. Some might not even eat during their shedding

When younger, chameleons will shed far more often, usually every 3 weeks or so. As adults, you might see it once every two months or so, just depends on your guy's growth. Misting will definitely help ease the process and move it along. You'll see them rubbing up against sticks, stretching, yawning etc. All normal. NEVER try and pull any of the old skin off. You could end up damaging the new skin coming in underneath.
