sexually mature?

Males tend to go through a 'teenage' phase at around 7-10 months (ish) they usually get a bit more territorial and fiesty.......females will get adult colours at around the same age. It is not recommended to breed females before one year of age, providing they are in good condition of course :)

Oh I want thinking about mating the... yet ;p. I was just curious of thief life stages. My male is only like four or five months and he is acting like a teen-ager right now. Puffing up and hissing and getting really dark colored! Haha he's a meant. Thanks for your help bud!

Some males will mat early at around 6-7 months if a good size. Females will but you need to wait until a year old.

Females may be ready to mate before a year old or they might not be ready to mate until after. You want to base breeding off of size not age. Research good weights of a healthy, full grown female and that is what you want to look at before breeding.

I think weight can be hard to judge by as they can be very diffrent sizes as adults, I have two female panthers here that are 70 grams diffrent in weight, the WC female is a beast
