Sex ratio for Dubis

I'm planning on setting up a few dubis colonies in the near future and was wondering what's a good male to female ratio when starting a new colony?

1 to 4 minimum is what I shoot for. The more females the better of course. And I ddont think the males will complain if they have fewer competitors too compete with to procreate.
