Searching for a new lense for my dslr

Hi,

I'm searching for a better macro lense for my canon eos 1000d ( in the usa the xsi or xi I think). Can somebody recommend a macro lense in the price range till 500$ ?

Ebay has some great lens filters that u can attach to the stock lens that will give u a macro ability. I just bought this one for my Xt.
Save your Euros for the next Cham u spot, and try these out......

My friend has one for his Nikon and it is very sharp and easy to work with.

I would look around for a used 100mm Macro. It will give you the sharpest pictures.

I have the same camera as you and I picked up a Canon 100mm macro. Awesome Awesome lens.
