If you search "safe plants" there is a plant list that covers all of the most commonly used and asked about plants for chams...I just looked at it and the plant you are asking about is listed as "too toxic for captive chams" the other one is the safe one. You should check it out.

That is the only plant that I switch out in Ozzies cage that he eats on, is there a reason for this and do they need something from this plant?

I only caught it cuz I am going to home depot today to buy some larger plants for my new "big boy" cage for Claude today! It was totally a timing thing!

From what I have been reading, some chams just like to eat leaves, not necessarily that they are needing something/lacking something in their diet. I have a panther and he does not seem to chew on leaves, although today he grabbed some while snagging a cricket. It seems if you have a leaf eating cham you need to be really careful which plants you put in there. Some of them are only toxic if they eat the leaves (some only in large quantities), but a couple of them can cause dermititis/eye issues from something they secrete.
