Can chameleons get scared/stressed out from loud music? Can they even hear?

They generally don't like music especially if it has low bass, subwoofers. They feel it, and it causes them stress. If you just listen to music at a normal volume through a small system, they shouldn't notice, but if you have a bumping system, they won't like it. It is like being in an earthquake to them.

My cham doesn't like when I blast my music, but if I just play it medium volume, low bass he doesn't even notice.
About weather or not they can hear; I've heard everything from them hearing nothing at all, to only certain ranges of frequencies.
Either way, they can feel vibrations which can possibly stress them out if it is an occurring thing.
