Hi all...Me again:)!
Looking for opinions on positive id please? Was thinking R. nchisiensis myself, possibly male?

Ok will get a few in a couple of days, as i have only just purchased them & want to let them settle & know they are feeding ok before i disturb them. thanks Chris.

Managed to get a shot of the smaller one in the tank Chris. Does that help at all?

And another of the first one, the larger of the two. Again, in the tank & not a great shot though. Hope they help?

They are one of two species: Rhampholeon moyeri or R. uluguruensis. Unfortunately without knowing for sure which mountain they were collected on, I can't know for sure which. These two species are frequently misidentified (even in museums and scientific literature), and recent work has shown that there are multiple additional lineages in this group that may deserve full species status.

Thanks for the speedy reply Chris.
Tbh, the more i look at them, the more i think they are two different species. Especially the smaller one, which after looking at lots of pics, i also was thinking moyeri (due to bent down appendage), as well as uluguruensis & nchiensis but they do all look very similar to me. They were actually id'd as kerstenii, wrongly obviously, though i suspected they would be. I have yet to find true Rieppoleon kerstenii in the uk & have lost count of how many i have chased around for. Only for them to turn out as something else... usually brevicaudatus.
Will see if i can get a bit more info on them & will post any if i find out.
