Rescuing Fat Tailed Gecko - Tips?

Hey everyone. I have only had chams, but am rescuing a fat tailed gecko and was wondering if any of you had any tips?

Is it sick? They are pretty easy to care for.

Anything specific you want help with? I love this species, I have a huge planted community tank with all girls and I love them. They are supremely lazy geckos and pretty easy to take care of. They essentially need the same care as a leopard gecko but they like a little more humidity. So providing them with a warm, moist hide is their favorite thing.
