Railroad vines

would anyone know if railroad vines would be safe for my chameleons enclosure? I live on an island and they are EVERYWHERE and are really hearty vines. Just curious if anyone would know if they are safe. Thanks!

They are a member of the morning glory family. Morning Glory causes vomiting in mammals and the seeds will cause hallucinations. I don't know how they are for reptiles but probably not great.
