We just lost our little Olivia today. She was fine this morning and came home from breakfast and found her on the bottom of her cage. I picked her up and held her and felt her belly and it was plum full of eggs i can only suspect she became eggbound. While i was holding her she opened her eye and looked at me and slowley then closed them and let out her last breath and past away in my hands. RIP my little angel:(

She was beautiful! Im so sorry you lost her.

If you are comfortable with it you can get the eggs out of her and incubate them to pass on her legacy with her babies.

It was an infertile clutch so was no point in retrieving the eggs.
