Question: Wet Gutloads

So I had an idea ... I bought a bunch of fruits and veggies (dandelion greens, apple, yam, carrot, alfalfa sprouts, oranges, etc) and froze them in baggies.

I rolled them into little veggie sausages so that every day I can just pull one out of the freezer, cut off a piece from the end, nuke it for a few seconds to thaw and toss it in with the bugs. Does anyone see a potential problem with this? I know that veggies in the freezer can deteriorate nutritionally in the freezer over time, but will that have any effect on gutloading?

I decided to do this because it made it worth it to buy a huge freakin clump of dandelion greens and other ingredients (I dont eat it at all, and it would go bad before I used it all on the bugs). It's kind of nice, after it has thawed it makes a decent amount of juice, which I assumed to be a nice mixture of everything that the buggies can drink.

the freezing and the microwaving will degrade / alter it a bit, but its still better than nothing :) Skip the microwaving, if you can, and just let it thaw in the fridge overnight?
