Question about lights

For my heat source do I have to use the blue tint heat bulb for my chameleon or can I use the normal white day heat bulbs? Most set ups I have seen had the blue tint but wanted to check as I also have turtles and use the normal lights with them and I bought like 15 bulbs when they were on sale.

The color of the basking light doesn't really matter. All you are using it for is heat. In future you could also use an ordinary house incandescent bulb, not a fancy reptile bulb for basking. You do have a separate UV emitting fluorescent bulb too right?

Yes I have a reptisun 5.0 bulb a 6500 plant bulb and then the heat bulb. Thanks for the reply
