Question about Exo Terra Sun Glo Bulbs

I was curious what eveyone's thoughts were on the Exo terra 35w halogen sun glo bulbs. Are they harmful in any way...eye problems maybe? thanks.

No none of ex terros products have ever caused any problems it was zilla and zoo med. Even their cfl never caused problems.

Sorry, but the exo terra compact bulb did cause problem with my chameleon.

You have to keep it a certain distance away it cant be right on the cage.

What was the nature of the problems you are referencing with your chameleons? How exactly did you determine that the Exo Terra CF bulb was the cause of your chameleon's symptoms? What tests were done on the bulb to determine it was responsible? What tests were preformed by a qualified reptile vet to determine that the ailments were the result of a light source? Please outline your husbandry completely so we can verify that there are no other potential sources of concern. When you make statements like this about a product, you need to be very certain that you aren't making false accusations. Please clarify your statement.
