Question about dusting crickets for Leo?

I have a question.
*How often.
*What kind "Meaning with D3 without D3 and multi"
I have Googled and Googled and can't seem to fine a correct answer! Can anyone help me out please.

You should use a plain calcium powder with every feeding (if you are feeding a bug that has a naturally high calcium content you do not need to dust. Silk, horn, and phoenix worms are all high in calcium). Then twice a month use a calcium powder with D3, also twice a month use a multivitamin powder.
If you click on the Care Resources link to the left it will take you to care sheets specific to different chameleons and their husbandry requirements.

For my Leos I dust with Repashy Calcium Plus every feeding. Many Leo owners put a small dish of calcium no D3 in the cage with them (they lick it) but my girls made a huge mess of that. I have never used the Calcium with D3 on them since they are nocturnal and they did fine without it. The Calcium Plus does have small amounts of D3 and a multivitamin though.
