I am only allowed to get a pygmy chameleon, ( my mom and step dad dont want me to "waste" money. I had 2 jacksons when i was younger but do to some family issues they had to be given away. The only reptile left was my leapord gecko ( sorry if spelled wrong ). She lived for 10 years before passing away when we moved. Now the point of all that was because i want to know what breed of pygmy is best for me! I want a amazing looking most colorful speceis and yes ive been researching ALOT

Then you should know that pygmy chameleons available in captivity are dull to match the leaf litter they inhabit. Now there are acceptions like B.vadoni, R. accuminatus, but for a beginner I would recommend R. Brevicaudatus, or bearded pygmy.
