Pygmy Cham Cage Question

In a pygmy cham cage do I have to have live plants or can I just have branches with dead leaves and soil? Also, what would be an appropriate cage size for a single pygmy? Can pygmies be kept by themselves and still thrive? How do you sex a pygmy? I'm sorry for all the questions-it's just that I really like these little guys. These are the only questions I have 'cause I researched like crazy for the past couple days.

Sorry For Long Post

Thanks!:)

Here is a caresheet on Pygmy chameleons with some of your questions answered: https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/pygmy/

I would definitely recommend live plants because they hold water droplets for drinking better, increase humidity, and look much nicer! My Pygmy cages are all just live plants and they look very nice. I get compliments on them a lot. Pygmies definitely do not mind if they are alone in the slightest. :)
