Purple kask?

So my baby veild has this purpley color on the outline of his kask and I wanted to know what it was

I don't see any purple on his casque. Could you get a pic from another angle?

Mine has that too! The weird change in color on the tips/edges of the casque? For a while I wondered if it was a weird burn, but it seems to be perfectly normal.... I've seen the experts (@Andee @Extensionofgreen @jannb @Remkon) declare a veiled cham like mine perfectly heathly, and he has that too....

I also don't see much color change on his casque? Another picture would be helpful. If you are talking about the brownish kind of color of his front ridge that is usually completely normal and they start getting it when they get older. Unless it randomly starts spreading and turns a black color I definitely wouldn't worry about a fungus or burn.
