Purple Anyone?

So I was taking care of my bosses Panthers at the store today and he has two breeder males. One is a beautiful red bar, hi tail is totally red, he is very nice. And the other male is still a little young and I have never taken a close look at him. But he is definately showing green and PURPLE, yes you heard me right, PURPLE BARS. I was pretty astounded. Hopefully he retains these bars as he grows. He is incubating close to 200 eggs from these guys right now that should hatch in the fall. I am definately going to have to make room for some panthers from both males.

He only has one cross though. He got all of these ambilobes from a breeder. I think it may have been FlChams.

Last time I went in there there was a sign up saying so and so cross.. and in the back room there were a few more.

I asked him if he was breeding and he said he was going to cross a female .. ambilobe with a nosy or something I think..

His eyes do look kind of sunken in that pic but he is fine. He may have just been pissed about me holding my phone in his cage.
