I just snapped this pic of an Ankaramy(Pink Panther) that was just born a few hours ago.
How precious...

That is a good question they were really taking off in popularity I'm 2007-2008. Pam from pans chams had some really nice ones I personally think there awesome. I don't know whether this true or just BS but I'm sure lance can answer. Is it hard to get them to breed? Do they grow slower than other locales? Do they not lay a lot of eggs? Thanks sorry for all the questions

Exciting! I'm going to add on to the stream of questions Lance, are pink panthers more valuable than a RB/BB panther? :D Good luck with raising and selling these little guys, I'm sure you won't have any problems.

These are the eggs I received from Amanda and thus far, only one has hatched.

They were pretty popular a few years ago in part due to Pams Chams breeding some exceptional bloodlines. Then, it seemed like you really didn't see much of them for the last year or so. I think there were very few breeders of them, and Pam stopped breeding them, and she was one of the major breeders of them. So now you hardly see them.
I am not experienced enough to answer some of the specific questions regarding Ankaramy babies by jaglon53. I have heard the babies are smaller, but I hope someone who has more experience with Anakaramy can respond about the difficulty of breeding and clutch size. The clutch of eggs that I have number 16, so it isn't too far off for a first time female laying eggs.
Ethen44- Due to the limited availabilty of the Ankaramy, I think they would be considered more valuable. Obviously, the lineage quality of the cham would play a factor in the value as well.

I want one!

They are awesome...Ive seen them around and I believe Cham Nation breeds them, but dont hold that against me! Also how much are you selling these babies for?:D

Yes, there are still a few breeders of Ankaramy out there.
I never "count my chickens before they hatch", so feel free to PM me in a month or so and I can give you an update.

love the picture! (and still keeping my fingers crossed for the others! maybe that one was a little "over achiever"! lol)

i think there are a few of the breeder websites that have ankaramys listed on the site, but when i have seen that on most of them, there haven't been any available....

to answer generally with this clutch, the actual "breeding" wasn't any more difficult than with our ambanjas, but maybe we just got lucky...who knows...but then again...not sure how loki could turn down a beauty like azlynn!! ;)
