Preferred method of feeding Veiled hatchlings

I was hoping to get the opinions of some of the breeders on the pros and cons of the different methods used to feed hatchlings. Which is your preferred method and why?

Methods I know of:
-Putting a feeder cup in their cage
-Set up a feeding bin and move them into it when it’s time to eat
-Turning feeders(that don’t bite) loose in their cage
-Hand feed

All these options come with obvious pros and cons...

I’m leaning towards putting a feeder cup in their viv because it would be easier for me and less stressful for them. Once they get used to that idea I was thinking of turning some of the safer feeders loose so they can hunt.

What do y’all do?

Most babies are going to only eat free range feeders. I’ve never uses cages for babies. It might be hard for them to get the feeders at first. Also, most of the time they will not eat until one to two days after hatch.

I should have given a better explanation of my current set up in my original post. They are not in a cage, they are in a 12x12x12 ExoTerra.

I chose this because I know it can be difficult for them to find food if its spread out in a large enclosure. Most of my hatchlings are a couple weeks old and have been eating and drinking regularly but now that you mention it I don't remember ever seeing them eat from the cup. Its always been the escapees that they eat. I wonder why that is?
