Praying Mantis. As a feeder?

Yes, although it can be a little tedious to get them to breed and the nymphs can take a large amount of care. It also takes a few months to grow them to full size to where they have enough 'meat' to make them a feeder for an grown chameleon. They are otherwise best served as a feeder for baby chameleons. You can purchase a fertile ootheca and let it hatch out tiny little nymphs for a few baby chameleons to eat off of for a few days. I would really only consider using them as feeders for a baby clutch, otherwise I'd stick with crickets, dubia, and worms as they are easier and require less care.
