Pothos Plant?

So, I'm super new here, we've now had a baby veiled chameleon for a little over two weeks and I'd like to add a live plant to his cage. From what I've seen here, Pothos plants are pretty hard to kill and they seem like a good choice for chameleons. We have a Pothos plant in the house, I was thinking of cutting off a piece and adding it to the cage, my worry is that there seems to be a few different types of Pothos and I don't want to put something in there that's bad for my chameleon.
