Possible eye infection? Help!

...Yeah..how to ask for help best as chameleons can manifest and present MANY symptoms in their eyes that could mean a whole host of other things. Eye drops or not may not even touch the problem

If you go to an exotic vet that possibly specializes in chameleons, you could get some kind of prescription (I have heard of drops, injections, oral injections), and it would probably be more useful than something you can purchase at a pet store or the like. Also, there are so many different problems that can occur in a chameleons eyes, and they can all have different outcomes.
Just like @CharlesYamaguchi said, "chameleons can manifest and present MANY symptoms in their eyes that could mean a whole host of other things." I agree, the eye drops will probably not do much unless they are some kind of prescription antibiotic, or something along those lines. . . The vet will definitely know more, and they are capable of many more treatments. Good luck
