No, sorry...that article was not about sexing panthers it was about what to look for when buying a blue panther.
I have been led to believe that it's possible to sex panthers from hatching based on the hemipenal bulge...
I've also been led to believe that colors are different from males to females (I keep smaller chameleons that are not as colorful so have no practical experience with this).
