A simple old fashioned incandescent light bulb makes a great inexpensive basking bulb. Halogen works too, but LED does not. What do I use for heat then for my Cham ?

This is what my pet store has ugh ??
unfortunately thats not suitable for a chameleon. The uvb is compact (no good) and the heat is usually too hot.Got this for now
if its only a few days or aweek then it'll be fine until the t5 comesI read it will do for a baby till can get a t5 in
How many t5s do I need ? For my 24x24That’s a mercury vapor bulb which is not recommended to use for chams unless you have a solarmeter. It can provide too much uvb. For plants, some use a linear T5 with multiple sockets and put 6400k plant lights in. I use these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TKKG8Q3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you aren’t putting in plants with high light needs you could get away with using something like this. https://www.amazon.com/SANSI-Spectr...ywords=Sansi+grow+light&qid=1596426697&sr=8-5
you really need only one.How many t5s do I need ? For my 24x24
