Im going to buy a veiled chameleon next week and I have everythig needed for the chameleon but theirs one thing missing... I bought a live schefflera (umbrella) plant and I heard you have to spray it with soap and water mixed so that it kills the aphids. I have done that but the next step in the cleaning process is to replant the plant. Hence my question, what kind of soil do I have to use when I replant it. Any soil brands you can recommend? I heard that fertilizers should not be in the soil. Also should it be organic soil? & no chemicals in it right? By no chemicals can you guys be more precise? & also I saw a video where after the replanting you rub every individual leaf with rubbing alcohol? Is that true? Or just water?
