Plant identification?

I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of vine this is and if it would be safe for my chameleons.

Could it be passion flower vine? Just a weak guess hope the true experts chime in.

No I have never really paid attention to it. it's just growing wild in my garden. With a bit of digging tho I think it may be a Virginia creeper vine but I'm not sure.

It is Virginia creeper and it hasn't caused sensitivities in some people in the form of skin irritation, though so to many plants. The berries are toxic, but the foliage isn't anymore dangerous than hedera/English ivy.

So would it be safe to use in my chameleon cages? I would remove the berries if I got any since you say there toxic but would it otherwise be ok?

Since it is a temperate plant, I'm sure how long it will grow without a cool period, but give it a try.
