After months of thinking my little guy was a male because that's what I bought online. But after today I'm convinced he is a she. So name ideas:
Farrah? Queenie?
What does everyone think?

You need to post a pic of the back of the back feet. What you are showing in the picture, there is no way to determine.

I know it was, but it does not show the back of the back foot(the heel). Your new picture does not show it clearly either. P.S. You need to clean out your poop! lol

On the pics from your last post I did think Pharaoh looked female(granted did not comment) but to make a definite decision I agree- lets see the back feet! You will see spurs if he is a male...

Veilds can be sexed from birth as the spur is the easy indicator. If it's a female I'd get an egg laying bin ready.

On the subject of names: Cleopatra? Cleo for short.

Cleo is a good name . I like it.
I'll take a new pic tomorrow.
She probably about 2-3 months right now so I don't need the bin just yet.

Tarsal Spurs

Here are two close up pics of the spurs you'll find on the back of the back feet of your veiled cham if it is a boy. Since the spurs are visible at birth, you should be able to tell if you have a boy or a girl even though your cham is very young. The spur is an obvious somewhat triangular bump.

You still have a she from what I can tell. I see no spur. Compare your picture to the other two that were posted of tarsal spurs and you will see your chameleon does not have any. To be certain take a picture of her with her foot gripping or setting flat.

You can still call her Pharaoh! Hatsepshut and Cleopatra were both female Pharaohs, although Hatsepshut did dress as male to command respect.
