Any idea why my little guy is pawing at his house

What are you doing to drain the water? Your enclosure looks like it doesn't have drainageChameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - veiled chameleon, male, it's a juvenile so probably about 6 months old in my care for a little over a month.
- Handling - never he hides when I open the door

- Fecal Description - white with a brown middle looks like a mix of human and bird matter and I don't know if he's been tested for parasites got him from cb reptile
- History - Nothing that I can think of
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - mesh cage 16x16x30
- Lighting - reptisun t5 ho and a 45w incandescent for heat light turns on about 8:45am and off at 8:45pm
- Temperature - 90 at the basking and about 72 at the bottom lowest night temp probably 69 have a digital thermometer
- Humidity - humidity gauge it's about 40 and at night I must a lot to get it around 90
- Plants - none just a fake ficus tree
- Placement - in a corner about 4 feet from heating duct not a high traffic area just 2 people in the house and we are hardly home top of cage it's about 5 feet from the ground
- Location - Michigan

Ah okay. I guess I'm just not seeing the drainage tray underneath. Anyways, I think your cham is entirely too overgrown for a 16x16x30. That would explain him wanting to get out. It's not comfortable for him.I drilled little holes at the bottom and the cage is on 2x4's
