You can sometimes find them in the cf classifieds..., on rare occasion.
They are able to be acquired here in the united states, but they are somewhat difficult to come by. You usually find them when someone is thinning their collection etc.
No you find them mostly when someone imports them from europe
as for pricing that is pretty dead on, they can be anywhere withing the 2-3 thousand dollar range, if you find for cheaper, go you!
If you have good luck you can buy one or $1500 to $2000
they definitely aren't for beginners, it takes a ton of work, i have read from members that actually keep them that they cost more after you actually buy them. Jann a member that owns a parsonii male (padre) actually added onto her home just to accommodate her parson's chameleons. They are an amazing species, but takes a ton more work, and you want to know how to successfully keep different species, before you even consider keeping a parson's chameleon.
