can parasites spread???

is it possible for a chameleon to spread parasites to another cham...?say if i take my cham out of its cage that has parasites and put her in another cage a bit smaller for quarantine.. and put a healthy cham in the same cage i just took the cham w/parasites out of?will parasites spread???im working on getting my cham parasites to the vet...her feces are solid but there is like clear jell in the urine ...and can the parasites bacteria or what it leaves be cleaned off or steralized hot water and soap...???need some advice please...and will wipe out 1 (disinfectant ,cleaner and deodorizer) work to clean???

yes parasites will readily spread to other chameleons.

Definitely don't put your healthy cham into a cage that you know the cham might have parasites. Definitely clean and sanitize the cage first. Probably a bleach and water solution would be good for the cage and rinse well. For the plants an antibacterial dish soap and water solution and rinse the plants well in the shower.
