Hi there,
I just noticed today that there are tiny tiny white...things....moving in the Soil of my chameleons plant, I'm thinking there parasites? mites maybe? has anyone had this before and how do i treat it? are they actually mites?
would really appreciate some advice!
thanks

Live worm parasites usually don't live in the soil as adults which is what would be seen in a really infested animal in their feces, adults grow and mature inside the animal, what is usually in the soil as far as parasites go are eggs and you cannot see them unless you have micorscopic vision! they were probably little dirt wormies :)

They're in the PLANT, right? It's probably not something to do with your chameleon. I would suggest taking the plant out, pulling it from the post and washing the roots down as far as possible and repotting it with clean soil.
