Do anyone know at what age do you start seeing your panther cham color.. He is about 3 months old

6 to 8 months

You'll start noticing color coming in very soon. Usually 4 months is when they start showing a bit.

The male coloration in males varies. Some start at three months while other may take as long as 6 to 7 months. I have a few beautifully colored 3 month old male Ambilobes right now. Here is one that just sold.

It varies, just be patient and the color will come in before you know it.
