at what age or size should you move them into there adult cage?
also how long can they be kept together before they need to be separated.

i separate them into individual cage when they are 2.5 months old (18 18 36).
i put him into the adult size cage when he is 1 year old.
girl stays in 18 18 36 without a problem.

cool so adult panther females 18x18x36 is adequate and males i have 24x24x48
and i should move them at 1yr?

yes. Of course, if you have space and money, you can opt for bigger cage.
I don't think they will mind for extra space. :)

IMHO the idea is to make sure you separate them before they are old enough to mate and before/if they start to stress each other out.

yes. Just to be clear here, I meant maximum 1 panther in 1 cage.
no multiple panthers (no matter what sex) should be housed in 1 cage together after passing the 2.5 months age -sometimes you need to separate them earlier if one of them display stress symptoms (like Kinyonga said).
