Hey i just wanted to post an update on our lil oustalet's named jiggles. She recently just had her first shed since we have had her

Nice looking girl there, where in florida do you live? I keep my oustaletii outside year round (for the most part)

I live in seminole fl, near tampa bay. And she probably gets outside 3-4 days of the week. Is it beneficial for them to be outside all the time? Like better than indoors with the artificial UV?

If the weather is not too warm or too cold, then they would do better outside. No UVbulb can come close to the UV output from the sun.

no, none whatsoever, natural sunshine is the best thing you can do for your chameleon!
Titan stay out all the time, on especially hot days I bring out the hose and leave it on the mist function for him to cool down his cage, normally the rain takes care of him though.

Whoa-she is still pretty young. Do not risk cooking her in this heat. After she is about 7-8 months old you could keep her out most of the year. Mine are out all year except during the cold spells.
