Ordered a Fruit Fly Kit, but what to do with it?

Hello everybody,

I just received my Fruit Fly Kit (from LLLReptile to make 5 Cultures) in the mail and it all seems great, just that I have no idea what to do with it!

In the box I received was:

5 plastic containers with Lids (plus a bunch of extra lids)
1 Fruit Fly Mix
1 Flightless Fruitfly Culture
and 1 bag of straw like stuff....

now what do I do with that? Unfortunately there were no instructions.

thanks guys, I'll check that out and let you know how that works.

no I'm not raising babies, I just started with the chameleon hobby and have my first chameleon (which is still small) and I want to get a variety of food for him.
So far I have Crickets, Hornworms, Silkworms and Waxworms, now I want to try the fruit flies. I just want Live to be fun for Humphrey and sometimes it seems like he's hunting just for the fun of it and with the fruitflies he could hunt some more without getting full and fat.

If Humphrey's more than a few weeks old he's going to want something bigger than fruit flies. Try house flies or blue bottle flies. My veiled babies wouldn't eat FF after a month old.
