Give her time. she is a new environment she has never been before. all chameleons take some time for adjusting to their new home.
Try to hand feed her some silkworms, they are like treats to chameleons. She will associate you with treat time. You may also want to be feeding more, I've read chameleons around that age eat around 8-15 a day. I know my baby panther has. One thing you can try is to put in a feeder cup somewhere she can access in the cage, that way you can put it in there, and whenever she feels like eating she can, rather than relying on you.
Dusting, you will need to dust with calcium WITHOUT D3 every feeding. Then you will want to get both a multivitamin supplement, as well as a calcium WITH D3, and dust with those twice a month each. I do one of those each week, and alternate which one I give.
For gut loading try adding some kale as well. Have your dripper go during the whole day she is awake. Most chameleons will not drink in front of you, and if you're there in front of her when spraying, she may not drink.
Hope this helps!
