one pic takes all my space!? what do i do

i am trying to post a pic of possible under devoloped eyes how do i do it if one file takes up 2.89 of my 4.0 space?

A lot of people use Photobucket.com - they will host your pictures for free, then you can paste a file in the format "

You need to resize your image. You probably have Microsoft Photo Editor on your computer. If not, you can download Irfanview for free. It's a great little program:
