one day bloom

i have a question about hybiscus my plant only seems to keep its flower for one day. all of the plants i have had did that so i didint question it until my friend had a plant have the same flower for 4 days is this normal. also how do i get my flowers to last this long.

I'm pretty sure the key is bright light and higher humidity. Mine seem to dry out after a couple days and fall off. I need to pay more attention to them.

How about a couple photos to cheer you(r) weeping (flowers) up.

Hibiscus flowers don't last long at all, but if the plant is getting enough light and water....new ones should come almost daily.

Crazy ninja photo skills Will. I bet you were using your magnifying glass.
Where did you find that white hibiscus though? All I see around here are varieties of pink/orange and red. The flowers really look nice.

I grabed it at a local garden centre. Its kinda offwhite, I just changed the white balance on the camera to make it think that off white, was true white. This had a +10 magnifier filter on it. But no crazy magnifying glass tricks this time.

I'd trade my white for a red.
