Official cage build thread for Bandit and Apollo

When one of my family members got burned (I hate green beans now:cautious::p) we had to get it prescribed, i don't know if its the same with chams though,

after a quick search, kinyonga said " but I can tell you that many of them are not toxic." In this thread: https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/urgent-my-cham-ate-a-succulent.160333/ @kinyonga does this still stand true?
I don't have much info about chameleons eating succulents...this is for dogs and cats...so it might not apply...I was surprised by the aloe vera...

okay, i plan to have bromeliads, a big pothos, peperomia, dracaena, croton, money tree. schfllera arboricola and possibly another smaller pothos. so budgeting wise im giving them each $100 for plants. i forgot about bamboo so thats today and also had work yesterday so today i clean the cages. along with that, ill be arranging the pots and soil for the new plants. how do you guys hang your plants from the lattice work??

The pothos I bought came in a light plastic pot with a hook on it, so I just put two zipties in the top of the enclosure and hooked the pot onto those! It's nice being able to remove it easily for cleaning.

A quickie way of handling it is taking the same size pot as the one you want to hang, ziptie that one in place, and then slip the pot with the plant into your new "pot holder". Then it can be easily removed, and you can pretty up the outer pot with expanding foam or whatever. That's how I'd approach it!

i think i found an over the counter silver based cream by curad called germ shield antimicrobial wound gel treats burns and wounds

anyone heard of it??

Okay new plan...... my dad won't do the lattice because he thinks it's a pain to take out and clean so we have the cages outside and I'm finally cleaning them today, mending all the holes and so I will post pics of those as soon as I'm done and that will be my starting setup

I never take out my lattice, just spot clean if you see some poop on it. Easy. I never really deep clean my cage (unless it really needs it. Even then I dont really take anything out) I just spot clean every day.

And so it begins

so ive come up with a solution for not being able to use lattice and ive decided to diy some ledges for the plants, 3 on the sides, 2 on the back!! now comes plants and budgeting. i plan to make the ledges out of pvc so it cannot mold and will be sturdy for a while, that way ill be able to drill it to the cage and ziptie my plants to it!!

as for the plants, i already have one large mass cane plant that will be going in bandits enclosure so ill keep up maintenance with that one. i plan to spend $100 on each of the chams for plants and new lighting. so plants for apollo would be a totem pothos, schfflera arboricola, 2 bromeliad, dracaena, croton and peperomia plants for bandit would be mass cane, pothos, schfflera arboricola, bromeliad, peperomia, croton and dracaena. totaling to about $130. what lighting fixtures are cheapest for a t5ho and work efficiently?

Please ignore the mess lol! I've decided on 4 croton, 2 golden Pothos, 2 silver pothos, 2 dracaena, 2 large schfflera arboricola and 2 Bromeliad. I already had a mass came tree
