nosy be and color change

i was thinking of getting a nosy be or an ambilobe, i wanted to know if the nosy be chameleons are always blue like that, or is there any color change at all. thanks

Welcome to the forums. Have you had a chameleon before? They are always blue. The WC's can be a blue/green. They also turn a dark color when absorbing the sun. I have one now (Jan. Photos contest winner. Top left corner of the Home page) and I had one a few years ago that passed away at 6. Ya, please read a lot about how to care for these awesome tree dragons in advance! But here is a pic of my boy when hes got cool deep dark blue stripes to other blue tones, rather than just the teal true blues you mostly see, which he sometimes also shows.
