This little girl never ceases to amaze me. This female was bred around the same time her sister was bred. She was due to lay before her sister as she was bred first of the two. Everything goes as usual. She lays and covers her hole up very good. At this point i know abouts where she did her duty. I dig and find nothing. I pick her up and palpate and feel nothing. Went back to the pot and dug every last inch of it and found nothing. Scratched my head,,,,So i gave her another day, nothing. I did this for the last 6 days and still never saw her go back to the pot. Ok i say today...im going to re dig every last inch of this pot AGAIN! So i am digging like a squirrel for some nutts again and dig all the way from the side of the pot to the plant. im making my way around and im no where near the plant's compacted roots. I see a egg roll down into where i am at. In my head im like that sneaky little $@%#$^#@^@! I continue forward and find nothing. Ok now, no way did she just lay one flippin egg. i back track...NOTHING. WTF. I didnt even think she would dig into the compressed roots and soil of the plant..Well guess what..She dug down, then went sideways and burrowed into the effin plant. Are you kidding me..NEVER PLAY DIG DUG IN FRONT OF YOUR FEMALES!!. I would have never found those eggs if it wasnt for that one egg that fell out. Still amazed at this Little ninja @#%@#$^ch Lesson learned
