Newborn panthers not opening eyes after a few days

Hi all,

2 of our eggs hatched just over a week ago. One didn't seem as healthy as the other from the start but now both of them are not opening their eyes

I haven't seen either of them eat but i have seen them drink.

Any advise would be appreciated and any tips on hand feeding them so they don't die would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of uvb light are you using? I don't have experience with babies, but I heard a new uvb can cause this. Its better to use old ones.

It's a repti glo 2.0 uvb. I don't have any experience with babies either so all advise is appreciated

Also, the bulb is not a new one
