My female Jackson chameleon is giving birth right now but there’s 4 clear orange sacs on the leaves that didn’t break right away, does that means that they died?

Do they look like there's a baby inside? If so if they haven't come out of the sac within a very few minutes they are likely dead now.
Post sac photos right away please.
