This is my new Panther Achilles. The breeder said it is a male. Sire was a Ambilobe, And mom was a Nosybe. My temps right now are top is 82-85. Is it ok if the night time temps are around 60 if not I can always get a space heater. The breeder said since it is winter I should dust every feeding with calcuim with d3. What does everybody think. Humidity is 40. When I mist its about 60-80.

who told you to dust w/ d3 at every feeding? thats a lot of d3 and will do damage down the road. do a search on the forum for supplementation schedules and see what works for you. using cal w/d3 USUALLY depends on how much natural sunlight the cham gets. if the cham gets none, average dusting w/d3 seems to be around 2x a month. if the cham gets natural sunlight, theres usually no need for dusting w/d3. gutloading also comes into play sometimes. as you can see there are a lot of different variables that contribute to how much d3 they are already getting, so like i stated do a search and READ READ READ!:D

I gutload crickets and I am starting a dubia colony now. My cham at the moment will be getting 0 natural sunlight till summer. I think i will be doing the calcium every feeding calcium with d3 2x month and multi 2x month does that sound right. And the breeder that I bought him from said to use the d3 alot cause he is not having natural sunlight right now. I did ask her about it but she said no. To go with the d3 till summer

D3 2x a month and vitamin 2x a month is ok. Everyday is not, they can overdose on it because it will build up in their system. Use a plain, phosphorus free calcium powder everyday. What type of UVB lighting are you using? And what are you gutloading your feeders with?

I have rep cal calcium. I have a 5.0 zoomed repti sun 18 inch. I have the original fluckers cricket quencher. and fluckers cricket feed. But I have been feeding my crickets greens carrots and orange slices. a few slices of apples sometimes.
