I’m so very sorry that Odin passed. 
All too often by the time our chameleons show that they are sick, it can be too late to help them. May your sweet boy rest in peace.
I don’t know if you might want to know what was wrong and have a necropsy done. If so, you’ll need to call your vet asap. If you opt not to do that, I would advise not to re use any of his things for any other animal.
