New panther cham

hey guys! I just got my new chameleon. I’ve wanted one for years and after tons of saving and research I finally am able to have one. I got him from Framchams and I just put him in his habitat. He seems to be very scared right now which I know is normal. I did see him eat one bug, but put the rest of the bugs on a branch and he is just chilling in the corner of the enclosure right now, are there any tips you guys have for me? My temp during the day has been 71 to 75 ambient and my humidity has been 60. My temp at night has been 68 and I have been trying to figure out a timing system to use my fogger on to bring the humidity up higher at night. I have a misting system.. twice a day once before the lights come on and once after the lights come on. Lights are 8:00-8:00. And I’m misting 4 minutes each time. I do have a T5 HO bulb and a plant light and obviously heat bulb. I only have real plants in my enclosure and I’m located in South Carolina.

Update he ate cricket right after this post and is starting to move around a lot more

As part of the grow tent master race, we welcome you. That being said, how are you handling air circulation? You want humidity as low as possible during the day, and high as possible at night. This keeps mold growth down and hydrates the cham at night. And i assume there is not a plastic sheet between the bulbs and the cham? I guess its some kind of nylon or metal screen?

thank you!!I have an exhaust fan on a timer with the lights set. Air circulation seems to be really good good. I did rig the tent up a little bit and cut out the top and I used a screen and zip tied it into the top and the tent also has two screen openings at the bottom. The problem I’m having right now is getting the humidity to go up during the night so I got a fogger but the fogger it’s the reptizoo one and I don’t know if I’m not using it right or what but I just want to use it from 1 AM to 4 am but the settings are wierd on the timer on the fogger
