I'm going to say plant material ^^ You will almost never see an actual worm on a slide or float. If you did it would be huge relatively speaking. The yellow spots are likely either chlorophyll or fat droplets.

I work in a human lab and agree with the above. First thought, it looked like fat cells.

I looked at hundreds? of cytology slides (fna) of lipomas and never saw any thing but fat droplets. Maybe it was the way we stained them.

I didn’t mean fat cell per say like in the cytology realm, more on my end as fat bodies in body fluids. They def stand out when looking at urine. Kinda pretty lol!
